GMP Group is currently tasked to help a leading pharmaceutical company in Singapore, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team. As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve our company's sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company's sales targets and objectives.

2. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their individual sales targets.

3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

5. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.

6. Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and promotional campaigns.

7. Provide training and support to sales team to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.

8. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

9. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

7. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends.

8. Willingness to travel as needed.

9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
