Urologist Opportunity – Deaconess Illinois Medical Center, Marion, IL

Guaranteed Salary: $640,000 | $100,000 Sign-On Bonus | Comprehensive Benefits

Deaconess Illinois Specialty Clinic is seeking a full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join our team at Deaconess Illinois Medical Center in Marion, IL This is an exciting opportunity to build a thriving practice within a patient-centered, high-quality health system As a Deaconess physician, you’ll benefit from competitive compensation, exceptional support staff, and a collaborative work environment designed to help you succeed.

Practice & Facility Highlights:

  • 106-bed hospital with a 12-room Emergency Department (no trauma designation).
  • 5 operating rooms, 1 procedure room, and 1 endoscopy room available.
  • 1 Urology room Uroview table
  • On-site anesthesia team with anesthesiologists and CRNAs.
  • Clinic volume: Expect to see 18-22 patients per day in a fully staffed outpatient setting.
