Syngenta is a leading developer and producer of seeds. We bring farmers stronger, more vigorous, resistant plants, including innovative hybrid varieties and biotech crops that can thrive even in challenging growing conditions. Each of our 28,000 employees in more than 90 countries work together to solve one of humanity’s most pressing challenges: growing more food with fewer resources. A diverse workforce and an inclusive workplace environment are enablers of our ambition to be the most collaborative and trusted team in agriculture.
We are looking for a Vegetables Seeds Global Hub Operations Lead to join our Global Supply Planning & Logistics team in Enkhuizen. This is a newly created, specialist role designed to bring dedicated expertise and ownership to the financial and operational management of our Vegetables Seeds global hubbing flows. You will own the governance of the hub model – setting guidelines, monitoring adherence, and managing exceptions. You will also be the go-to expert for intercompany hub processes – from order management and financial postings to SAP operations and flow rule design. You will work within a small, globally distributed hub operations team.
At Syngenta, we believe in creating an inclusive and diverse work environment where all employees are valued and given the opportunity to grow. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive package of secondary employment benefits.
Take your chance!
This is a brand-new role – one you will help shape from day one.
