Take the lead in shaping the next phase of growth for our BlackSea Seeds business across Romania, Moldova and Bulgaria. Building on our recognised market leadership in sunflower-the region’s largest crop-this role offers a highly visible opportunity to make a lasting commercial impact in an innovative business.
This is a highly profile, top-priority market leadership role with full commercial accountability for sales, profitability, market share and organisational capability.
You will lead a team of 100 people and a business of approximately $100m in net sales, with meaningful exposure to regional and global leadership and strong potential for future progression.
