Installation / Service Technician (Security & Low Voltage Systems)

Location: Norwell, MA (with regional travel across NH, MA, ME, RI)

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Flexible shifts: midday or evening)

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + overtime opportunities

Position Overview

We are seeking Installation and Service Technicians to support security and low-voltage system projects. This role will focus on installing, servicing, and maintaining integrated systems across commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and service access control, intrusion detection, and PA systems
  • Work with leading platforms including:
  • Honeywell
  • Genetec
  • Lenel / Software House
  • Bosch
  • Milestone
  • Troubleshoot and maintain low-voltage systems
  • Collaborate with team members and project stakeholders on job sites
  • Ensure systems are installed to code and customer specifications

Qualifications

  • Massachusetts Class D License preferred (or actively pursuing)
  • A or B License, Journeyman, or Master Electrician background
  • Experience in security, access control, CCTV, or low-voltage systems
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice to Have

  • Rhode Island license (not required)

Compensation & Perks
