The Physical Security Technology and Projects team is part of the Corporate Services department and we aim to provide employees with a safe working environment through integrated intelligent system construction, efficient system operation and maintenance, and working area construction based on security strategy, etc. Our team focuses on how to use systematic tools to support physical security management and safeguard the company's operations globally.
The Physical Security Systems Programme Manager will oversee the Service & Maintenance programme and lead testing and commissioning for physical security systems installations across their assigned region. This includes cameras, card readers, video intercoms, turnstiles, motion sensors and glass-break detectors.
The role requires strong expertise in design and construction as well as security systems project management. Responsibilities include developing project plans, scheduling and leading meetings, documenting actions, and driving follow-ups with cross-functional partners through to close-out.
You will manage a break-fix programme, ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs while minimising security device downtime and maintaining a solid device portfolio. Across all projects, you will coordinate system programming, testing and commissioning, and maintain key project documentation such as drawings, warranties and designs, with a clear focus on on-time and on-budget delivery. The role works closely with stakeholders across Real Estate, IT and Physical Security.
- Lead and manage the physical security systems service programme, including routine servicing, preventive and reactive maintenance, and system operations.
- Oversee regional projects and break-fix activities, supporting team development, coaching, process efficiencies, and scalable service delivery.
- Manage and coordinate security integrators responsible for installations, system programming, troubleshooting and repairs.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with guard teams, Facilities, Procurement, IT and security system vendors.
- Track, analyse and present service metrics, system health, vendor performance and weekly reports to security leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by influencing security standards and policies, conducting job walks, and applying lessons learned and root-cause analysis.
