This role plays a critical part in protecting people, assets, and business continuity by delivering resilient, scalable security solutions that enhance situational awareness and emergency response capabilities.

As a technical expert, you will own the full lifecycle of security systems—from architecture and design through implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement—while partnering closely with security, IT, and facilities teams.

We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package -- tuition assistance, 401(k), medical/dental/vision coverage, vacation, and holidays.

  • Analyze system data trends and recommend continuous improvements

Maintenance & Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs for all security systems

    • Intrusion detection and alarm systems
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, PoE, VLANs, system integration)
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and applicable codes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry certifications such as PSP (ASIS), CPP, NICET, or OEM certifications (Lenel, Genetec, etc.)
  • Experience supporting Security Operations Centers (SOC) or command centers
