Setia City Mall is recognized as the largest mall in Shah Alam. Over 300 retailers are spread across 4 levels creating the ultimate destination of choice for shopping, dining, entertainment and park life in the area.

About the Role

Lendlease Malaysia is seeking motivated candidates to build their career as Security Supervisor for Setia City Mall. This role is to ensure the safety and security of shoppers, tenants, staff, and property within the shopping mall premises. The Security Supervisor will oversee daily operations, enforce security protocols, and respond to incidents promptly and professionally Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Supervise and coordinate security officers’ daily activities, including patrols and monitoring.

  • Ensure compliance with mall security policies and procedures.

  • Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents; liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports and daily logs.

  • Train and guide security personnel on emergency response and customer service.

  • Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate coverage at all times.

  • Assist in loss prevention and investigate theft or vandalism cases.

  • Lead evacuation drills and ensure readiness for emergency situations.

About You

  • Minimum High School Diploma; Diploma/Degree in Security Management or related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in security operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Certifications in First Aid/CPR/AED preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control) and emergency procedures.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Valid security license as per local regulations is an added advantage

  • Physically fit and able to patrol large areas.

  • Able to work day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per duty roaster.
