About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Security Supervisor to lead site-based security operations and ensure a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong operational knowledge and the ability to manage teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site
• Ensure all security operations are carried out in line with company procedures and client requirements
• Conduct patrols, monitor access control, and respond to incidents and emergencies
• Complete incident reports, shift reports, and daily logs accurately and on time
• Liaise professionally with clients, emergency services, and internal management
• Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff
• Maintain compliance with WHS policies and licensing requirements

About You

• Current WA Security Licence (essential)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Previous experience in a security supervisory or leadership role
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
• Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working under pressure
