As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.
Schedule- Mon-Fri 0700-1500 hrs
Location- N1H 7T8
Lead, supervise, and support the security team during assigned shifts
Oversee and coordinate daily operations at the site
Conduct briefings and ensure team understand expectations.
Ensure all security personnel follow company policies, site instructions, and remain updated on procedures
Monitor, deter, and respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards and compliance
Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports
Perform additional related duties as required while demonstrating strong leadership, professionalism, and sound decision-making skills
