As a Security Supervisor at Conrad Dubai, you’ll help create a safe and welcoming environment for every guest and team member. You’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day as a Security Supervisor at Conrad Dubai:

• Maintain a discreet, reassuring presence: Oversee patrols of guest areas, back of house spaces, and the hotel perimeter, identifying and addressing risks while respecting guest privacy.
• Respond with calm and care: Coordinate the team’s response to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security incidents, prioritising the safety and well-being of guests and team members.
• Lead the security team: Plan schedules, assign duties, and coach Security Officers to deliver attentive, professional service at every point of contact.
• Investigate and report incidents: Gather facts, preserve relevant information, and prepare clear, accurate reports for management and follow-up.
• Strengthen everyday safety: Work with hotel teams to promote safe practices, address concerns promptly, and keep emergency procedures familiar and effective.
• Support service when needed: Step into Security Officer duties during busy periods or incidents, providing a composed and helpful presence.

Experience and Qualifications

• Security experience: 3–5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality, with experience supervising a team.
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, and current security equipment.
• Certification: Valid Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) certification required.
• Language: Ability to speak Arabic is required.
