What you will be doing:

• Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the security team to ensure the safety and protection of guests, employees, property, and company assets.
• Monitoring team performance, conducting inspections, managing incidents, and maintaining security standards and procedures.
• Ensuring the highest level of safety and security for our Guests, Heartists, Vendors, and Suppliers through an efficient and proactive approach in daily operations.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in an international brand. Remote area work experience is preferred.
• Fully certified in GADA MADYA, CPR, First Aid and Basic Fire Fighting.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programs.
• Hands-on, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, confident and proactive problem-solver with strong conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to conduct an investigation process and report writing in detail.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced service environment.
• Flexible with working hours and ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Physical ability to lift moderate weight, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
