
Responsible for day-to-day management of the security matters of all company’s factories and offices. Identify and report potential hazards and unsafe practice that may cause any form of injury or damage to Company property.
Protection of the Safety and security of the premises, and company assets.
Prepare documentation such as shift report, duty roster, incident and complaint report forms, personnel, vehicle and material movement control documents and key control registers.
Conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audit.
Managing of Control Room and CCTV monitoring.
Handling Enquires/Monitoring of Sub-Contractors/Term Contractors.
Handling/Monitoring of Movers/Renovations works/incidents.
Responsible in assisting employees and visitors safely especially during an emergency.
Attend and report of all incidents to management. Maintain confidentiality of reports/documents, release information to authorized individuals.
Patrol and clocking.
Traffic control/ Illegal parking.
General building facilities monitoring.
Liaise with management on all other duties and responsibilities.
Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,200
Qualification: Degree / Diploma or professional qualifications with at least 3 years of related experience
