Job Description

Control access and entry to the 480th ISR Wing headquarters. Check clearances in DISS and issue entry credentials for SCI facility. Create training aids, provide security briefings, and track security training among personnel holding collateral and SCI clearances. Other duties as required. This is a daytime duty hours position (0700 - 1600 with one hour for lunch).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform facility entry control functions into controlled area and produce entry control badges
• Create training aides and provide security briefings to personnel holding collateral and SCI clearances
• Track all security training on personnel within controlled area
• Maintain Defense Information Security System (DISS) to ensure currency of controlled area personnel and send clearances for personnel who are going temporary duty (TDY) to other locations
• Verify visitor and conference attendee clearances, including foreign nation clearances via DISS and Scattered Castles
• Maintain personnel security folders and file plans
• Participate in the Government's in-house and web-based security training program under the terms of the contract

Qualifications:

• One year of experience in SCI environment
• Approx one year working with DISS
• Professional disposition

• Normal Office Environment. Requires Sitting (50%), Standing (35%), Walking (15%), Near Acuity (100%), Speaking with colleagues and customers (50%), Listening (100%), Sight (100%), Use of hands/fingers (90%).
