Job Objective

We are looking for a Security Specialist in Namangan

What We Expect

Lead and supervise security staff within the assigned area
Organize and control execution of security tasks
Ensure compliance with access control and internal security procedures
Assign tasks and monitor performance of security personnel
Conduct briefings and communicate security requirements
Maintain discipline and team effectiveness
Build effective cooperation with plant departments
Report incidents, risks, and violations to management in a timely manner
Interact with contractors and, when required, government authorities
Participate in building and improving security processes
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards
Conduct inspections of posts, documentation, and equipment
Propose improvements to security operations
Monitoring & Response
Monitor security systems (CCTV, etc.)
Respond to incidents and coordinate initial actions
Conduct patrols and identify vulnerabilities

Qualifications

Higher education (mandatory)
At least 3 year of experience in security
Basic knowledge of corporate security principles and procedures
Communication and organizational skills
Basic leadership potential and task management skills
Proficiency in MS Office
English and Russian proficiency (required)
Turkish language (is an advantage)
