Qualifications:

• BA/BS required in computer science, information technology, software engineering, engineering, data science, or mathematics.

• <=3 years of work experience, including internships, in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Management Consulting, Engineering, Scientific Research, Technology Sales, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or Application Development
• Excellent communication and engagement skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management
• Skilled at multitasking requirements including gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting tasks across multiple user groups in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• Ability to generate creative solutions to difficult or ambiguous problems
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
• Foundational skills in asking pertinent questions to grasp business challenges and identify key metrics or objectives.
• Developing internal communication skills, learning to effectively communicate with different levels of management.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, including requirement gathering, document writing, and support activities.
• A problem-solving mindset, contributing creative solutions to complex issues in collaborative team environments.

• The capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications

The Analyst is responsible for solving business and technology problems within customer engagements, interacts with clients to understand their needs, and works with project teams to develop solutions leveraging WWT's capabilities. This role will lead several of the pre-sales processes for qualified and or unqualified services opportunities. A key trait will be the willingness and appetite to learn, this is a high growth role in a dynamic space. This is an individual contributor role with work closely managed and reviewed for accuracy and adequacy. The position includes travel up to 50% as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct analysis, partner with senior engineering team members, and deliver advanced technology outcomes for clients as a member of a project team.
• Consult with business users to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are practical to implement.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather requirements and assess current processes.
• Conduct pricing exercises and analysis on solutions.
• Help maintain project plans and schedules. Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Create project documentation including technical documents such as process flows and user manuals.
• Create clear, compelling charts, tables, and other visuals.
• Present results and recommendations to clients and partners.
• Create educational and sales materials to empower WWT account teams.
• Build demos, analysis, articles, and other content for WWT
• Preliminary proposals and/or preliminary SOW creation
