Job Purpose:
A client facing role, the Senior Solution Specialist role encompasses presales engineering and solution delivery (deployment) across NZ, ensuring alignment with client needs, market trends, and internal capability.
Support the Head of Cyber Growth in achieving the growth strategic objectives for New Zealand.
The role is expected to span specialist domains and contribute to the overall development and professional excellence of the business.
In addition to its technical specialty, the role includes people management, with one direct report, and business management responsibilities. To avoid any doubt, it is not expected the role will have a sole focus on team management. This role carries delivery and utilisation expectations, which will be negotiated with the Head of Cyber Growth.
