Join our growing Platform Operation team and work with us on wide variety of operations, monitoring and support tasks. You will play a key part in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our platform services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a dynamic setting and is eager to develop their skills in modern platform operations.

Tasks

• Building and maintain SIEM system components
• Network, OS, SIEM Application configuration
• Manage the periodic maintenance of security applications
• Security monitoring and other security operation activities
• Troubleshooting log feeds, field extractions and search time
• Collaborating with the members of the engineering team to improve existing features
• Oncall support

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Windows, Linux and network device monitoring and logging techniques
• Understanding of standard services and protocols
• Understanding of host, network and cloud security concepts
• Technical knowledge of Internet security, networking protocols, and related technologies
• Ability to effectively document solution deployments and train colleagues
• Experience as System- Network- SIEM- or Linux admin
• Reliable English communication skills (speaking, writing and reading)

Additional Information

• Entry-level IT Security Certificate(s) like CompTIA, EC-Council, Cisco or equivalent
• Vendor Certificates: Linux or Windows administrator, Splunk or Qradar administrator
• Experience with SOAR platforms
• Ansible know-how
