Wilson Security is inviting applications for the position of Site Manager at a prominent Perth university.
The Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day delivery of security services across multiple university locations. The successful candidate will lead an established team of Shift Supervisors, Control Room Operators, Patrol Officers, and relief staff.
This is a high-profile contract with strong operational standards and established client relationships. Expectations for the incoming Site Manager will be high, with a focus on maintaining reliable service delivery, supporting the team and continuing to improve contract performance.
The successful applicant will receive an appropriate transition and handover, with ongoing support available through the Client Service Manager, Duty Manager and broader Wilson Security management team.
The Site Manager will provide visible leadership across the contract and maintain regular engagement with the client, university stakeholders, supervisors and frontline team members.
Key responsibilities will include:
You will be a visible and approachable leader who communicates professionally, takes ownership and follows matters through to completion.
You will be expected to set clear standards, support the development of supervisors and hold team members accountable when required. You must also be able to balance client expectations, employee needs and Wilson Security requirements within a busy 24/7 environment.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Experience within a university, corporate or other large multi-site environment will be highly regarded. A Certificate IV in Security Management or another relevant qualification is also desirable.
