Job Description
- Responsible for all physical security programs for the site.
- Provide leadership and effective management of outsourced security personnel resources.
- Provide investigations support as needed to security operations, legal and ethics compliance.
- Provide support to corporate travel programs.
- Manage risk/threat assessments and implementation of mitigation measures to ensure employees and assets are protected.
- Coordinate and lead the Business Continuity and Operation Resilience programs at site level.
- Provide support to facilities on physical and technical security projects.
- Provide support to the business with security regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
- Evaluate, utilize and oversee outside security and investigative resources.
- Liaison with local law enforcement, security and intelligence agencies in line with the company’s government interaction policies.

- Long-term thinking and strategic vision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Self-starter who is flexible in daily activity schedule and can operate effectively with minimal supervision.
- Good network of industry contacts including law enforcement agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with majors in Security Management or similar is preferred but not mandatory. Professional security qualifications like Certified Protection Professional (CPP) by ASIS (or similar) would also be considered in assessing the candidate’s suitability.
- At least 5 years’ working experience in security management in the commercial or manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of experience addressing security risks/threats, compiling comprehensive and accurate reports, and implementing approved mitigation measures in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
- At least 3 years of experience leading corporate investigations.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Software (Excel – sorting data, creating tables and creating graphs, Outlook – scheduling, Word – document creation/editing and PowerPoint – presentation creation/editing).
- Experience and competency in security software applications e.g. Lenel OnGuard would be preferred.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
