About the role:

MSS Security is seeking a Security Officer to support our shuttle bus service, providing safe, reliable, and professional transport assistance for Monash Clayton University staff and students across the Clayton campus and surrounding local areas. This is a permanent part-time position working every Friday and Saturday from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide safe and reliable transport services for authorised Monash staff and students
• Transport passengers to local residential accommodation
• Check valid Monash ID prior to transport access
• Monitor passenger conduct and report any incidents or concerns where required
• Complete operational documentation including: Run sheets, passenger number records, pick up and drop off locations, vehicle usage and incident reports

Requirements:

• Full Australian Working Rights
• Valid Victorian Security Licence
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
• Full Drivers License
• Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)
• Comfortable wearing and operating a two-way radio with earpiece and body-worn camera.
