WHAT YOU’LLDO

• Perform dispatching duties within the Security office to include report writing, key distribution, and daily shift log, answering telephone calls,monitoringthe Simplex fire alarmsystemand viewing theclosed-circuittelevision monitors.

• Assistin providinga safe environment for all persons entering theproperty.

• Emphasize prevention of incidents or accidents on property

• Document all incidents that are reported toSecurity.

• Patrol the propertyon foot, locking and unlocking restricted or back of house areasandmaintaininga safe work environment.

• Respond tolockedout guest calls or employee key entries into secure buildings or the storeroom afterpurchasinghours. Repair malfunctioning door locks and in room safes. Respond to Noise or smoking complaints.

• Respond, remain calm and address disturbances,medical situations,crimes and threats tolife and property, whether with employees, guests, visitors.

• Collect,logand distribute lost andfound leftby guests or visitors on the property. Perform bag checks of employees leaving property.

• Ability to stand or walk forlong periodsof time, go up and downstepsand lift 50pounds.

WHAT TOBRING

• Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in United States

• Ability to accurately read,writeandCommunicate

• Work with computerprograms,WorddocumentandExcel

• Strong customer Service skills

• Qualify andpossessa StaterequiredSecurity Guard Card

• Pass an Emergency Medical Responder class and becomecertified.

• Weekend & Holiday availabilityrequired
