SECURITY SAFETY OFFICER

Our Security team plays a vital role in delivering peace of mind—creating a safe, secure, and seamless environment where our guests and employees can truly feel at home.

We are looking for a dedicated and service-driven Security Safety Officer who embodies our values of respect, integrity, and genuine care.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create a safe and welcoming environment by actively patrolling the resort and maintaining a visible, reassuring presence
• Deliver exceptional guest service while monitoring and managing access to ensure the security of our property
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with sound judgment and care
• Support our guests and team members by providing assistance, answering questions, and offering clear, helpful information
• Document daily activities and any incidents with accuracy and attention to detail
• Uphold resort policies and standards with respect, professionalism, and discretion
• Provide basic first aid and emergency response when needed
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless and safe guest experience

WHAT TO BRING

• A passion for service and a genuine care for people
• High school diploma or equivalent, with prior security experience preferred
• Valid State of Hawaii Guard Card
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
• Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and composed in all situations
• Sound judgment, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move throughout the resort for extended periods
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to upholding Four Seasons’ standards of excellence
