Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Security Risks Responsible, you will drive a risk‑based security and compliance agenda across the Sales Market. You will independently develop, execute and follow up security risk, internal control and crisis‑preparedness activities, ensuring alignment with global standards, legislation and the local risk landscape. Through analysis, audits and close collaboration with stakeholders, you will strengthen resilience, compliance and loss‑prevention practices across the business. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market Greece consisting of Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia.

You will:

  • Develop, implement and maintain risk‑based security and compliance frameworks aligned with global standards and local requirements.
  • Continuously assess the security threat landscape, identifying risks, impacts and mitigation actions for the Sales Market.
  • Support crisis preparedness and business continuity activities, including risk assessments, scenarios and response planning.
  • Represent the security risk perspective within cross‑functional forums and business continuity processes.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and store audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and Green Security Standards.
  • Identify compliance gaps and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Execute internal control activities, audits and follow‑ups, ensuring accurate reporting through global tools and systems.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse trends and provide data‑driven insights and recommendations.
  • Support loss prevention initiatives by identifying risk drivers contributing to shrinkage.
  • Participate in investigations, including fraud‑related cases and incident follow‑up.
  • Support Yearly Stock Take (YST) activities from a risk and control perspective, including readiness, analysis and follow‑up.
  • Contribute to awareness activities and trainings related to security, risk, compliance and internal controls.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Market Security Manager, Loss Prevention, Health & Safety, Operations, HR and other key stakeholders. You will act as an expert partner, providing security risk insights and supporting effective decision‑making across the business.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in security, risk management, compliance or internal control roles.
  • Solid experience working in a retail or multi‑site environment.
  • Relevant education in Security Management, Risk Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment, auditing and compliance methodologies.
  • Proven experience conducting audits, analysing risks and following up corrective and preventive actions.
  • Familiarity with loss prevention concepts, security systems standards and internal control frameworks.
  • Knowledge of information security frameworks (e.g. PCI DSS) is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting investigations and incident handling, including fraud‑related cases.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
