Job Description

  • 24 hour rotating shifts will be worked – 8hr duration. Annual combined recreation and rostered leave
  • EA Level 3A - $70,068.28 base + super
  • 35 hours a week, based at Parramatta.

The Opportunity

Join our Security Response Centre (SRC) to support physical security operations. You will manage contractor responses, dispatch patrols, and monitor video surveillance and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage data relating to alarm activations.
  • Analyse alarm related data, using information from systems such as Forcefield and external contractor systems.
  • Dispatch security patrols to alarm responses.
  • Coordinate security incident related matters including escalations to the Security Duty Manager.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Valid Security Licence & First Aid Certificate
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in operational security and control room environments
  • Accomplished in general administrative office processes.
  • Knowledge of access control and video surveillance systems
  • Proficient in handling both general and difficult customer service matters over the phone
  • Proficient in security incident report writing.

Essential Requirements:

  • You must be an  Australian Citizen or  Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for this role.

  • Flexibility to travel to your Sydney Water work site.
