  • Direct responsibility for the programming of intrusion detection alert notifications in the company video management system.
  • Ensure that video motion detection and object analytic alert parameters are programmed to increase response productivity by providing accurate notifications and minimizing false positives.
  • Use notification reporting to test camera system detection performance and proactively address inefficiencies.
  • Provide technical and administrative oversight of company alarm systems, including remote testing and diagnosis of malfunction systems.
  • Provide technical and administrative support for the management of emergency notification systems.
  • Direct responsibility for administration of video evidence retention and transmission program.
  • Provide support for security operations center through production and analysis of daily notification and incident response activity reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal partners in field operations, asset management, human resources and legal related to production of relevant or sensitive video footage.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a security and/or loss prevention role responding to and addressing physical threats, criminal acts and emergency incidents.
  • Experience as an end user of security systems, including but not limited to video management, burglar or fire alarm, and emergency notification systems.
  • Technical proficiency and experience in programming video management systems required.
  • Experience managing burglar alarm systems preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient use of current Microsoft Office Products (MS Office Suite-Outlook, Word and Excel)
