- Involve working on various security-led projects providing support to department by mitigating their security risks with innovative, efficient and effective security designs.
- Contribute to the operations of Global Security that supports the Corporate business goals.
- Develop a documented security management systems per security scheme (CT-PAT, TAPA) and customer audit requirements.
- Develop and implement metrics systems and processes for performance measurements, proactive security assessments, compliance reviews and audit response.
- Provide direct management of company operations in the area. Supervise and Manage personnel to ensure operations are consistent with contracted requirements and Standards Operation Procedure (SOP).
- Conduct regular liaison with supported clients to assess security performance and to properly and professionally identify, address, and resolve any security performance related issues.
- Develop employees training requirements to meet growing, changing needs and maintain accurate and complete training record. Ensure security personnel are trained to meet Security standards and the Lumentum requirements and workflow. The training is consisting of both initial training and recurring sustainment training.
- Provide security systems training to appropriate personal as needed/ required.
- Manage budget for Security operations include support staff, in-direct and direct purchases of equipment, and expenditures. Responsible to ensure all budgetary expenses are legitimate, frugal, and done in accordance with company’s standards.
- Monitor and document performance, including rewards/recognition and discipline.
- Determine and coordinate special coverage needs.
- Write and update Post Orders and site-specific procedures based on Policies and Procedures set forth.
- Identify and propose new processes, methodologies, and systems to improve security operation.
- Review Security Operations Center logs including daily activity reports, radio communications, and guard tour (rounds) reports.
- Assist with preliminary incident investigation and escalation to human resources, police authorities fire department and other law.
- Report incidents to Security Manager through escalation processes/ procedures
- Assist BCP team with all aspects of emergencies: medical, fire, man-made and/or natural disasters.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of fire drills and other emergency planning drills as directed by the designated Environment, Health, and Safety representative.
- Monitoring of CCTV and reviewing of CCTV footages for investigations of cases of incidents
- Provide new employee Security orientation and badging services.
- Check on attributes of Security personal (Smart attire, neat hair, punctuality)
Job Qualification
- Looking for candidates that have at least 6 years of experience in physical security industry or equivalent (military, law enforcement)
- At least a bachelor’s degree certificate in related field
- Ability to pass background verification
- Depth and breadth of understanding of security design and security risk management and the dynamics of a security operations center
