As a Security Officer Visitor Credential in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Access Control Officer, you will help create a welcoming, professional environment at a premier residential and recreational location. Monitor entry points, verify access credentials, maintain accurate visitor and badge records, and provide clear communication to residents, guests, and staff. Your visible presence and customer-focused approach will help deter security-related incidents while supporting Allied Universal’s values of reliability, teamwork, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, members, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization for entry, maintain visitor and vendor records, and communicate access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy violations to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
