Pay & Schedule
Starting Pay: $21.00 – $21.50 per hour
Schedule Available:
• Monday – Friday
• 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• 20 hours per week
Site Location: Acton, CA
This position is best for candidates located near Acton, CA. Reliable transportation to and from Acton is required.

QualificationsQualifications
Required Licensing and Certifications:
• Current BSIS Guard Card
• Current BSIS Baton Permit
• Pepper Spray Certification
• CPR / First Aid Certification
Additional Experience Requirements:
• Access control experience preferred
• Bilingual skills highly desirable
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Strong observation and report writing skills
• Ability to follow written procedures and post orders
• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed is preferred.
What You'll Do
As a Security Professional, you play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
• Conducting foot patrols of assigned properties
• Monitoring for unauthorized activity or safety concerns
• Responding to emergencies including medical, fire, or property damage
• Maintaining Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports using a smartphone device
• Providing professional communication with clients, residents, and the public
• Enforcing post orders and security procedures
• Maintaining professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability
