Essential functions and responsibilities:
Monitoring of security guards' duties and responsibilities
Ensure that Security Protocols / Policy is implemented and being consistency practiced by SGs
Assessment of risk and safety hazards in the site
Minimum job requirements (Education, experience, skills):
BOSCH certified and/or OSH certified
Have been a security officer for at least 2 years
Preferably worked in a BPO
Relevant training or certification as a Security Officer
Well verse in using MS Tools specially presentation tools
Should completed the following certification:
CSP - Certified Security Professional
BOSH - Basic Occupational Safety & Health
LESP - Lisence to Exercise Security Profession with Security Officer Category
ALS - Advance Life Support
