
A Special Response Team (SRT) Officer is responsible for providing highly visible professional security to any of the Caesar's properties to complement existing security programs. An SRT Officer must act as a visual deterrent, intervene and respond to all levels of security and potential emergency needs including violent acts or threats, emergency situations, and critical safety risks. They mitigate incidents through early detection and/or disruption of criminal conduct or other undesirable activity. All SRT duties are to be performed in accordance with Enterprise and property policies, practices and procedures. This position requires specialized training in addition to day-to-day security operations, to include regular firearms and tactics training, and rigorous physical conditioning standards.
Proactively identify and respond to emergency situations including in-progress acts of violence, crisis, weapons incidents, explosive incidents, natural disasters and a wide range of issues posing a hazard to lives and/or property using the appropriate escalation of force by following established protocols.
Assist in emergency situations by securing the scene to prevent further loss or damage, advise personnel of threats and potential threats, summon emergency responders to the incident, and initiate and conduct evacuation procedures.
Render appropriate first aid to injured persons and follow established protocol for reporting injuries.
Safeguard and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information.
Maintain proficiency in the use of all assigned protective equipment, restraint devices, and weapons.
Demonstrated ability to follow supervisory instructions promptly and effectively, particularly during critical incidents such as active shooter or assault situation
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have a current valid Nevada Driver’s License
Must be able to obtain and possess a Nevada Gaming License
Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
