About the role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:
Monitor CCTV and radio communications
Control and monitor fire alarm panels
Respond to all customer enquiries and liaise with emergency services
Conduct foot patrols to maintain a safe environment
Complete reports and computer use
Work across multiple existing locations throughout Darwin
Skills & experience
Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
Working With Children Check (ORCE Card)
Current NT Security licence
Dedication, reliability, and a commitment to security
Physically fit and able to walk and stand for prolonged periods
Great communication skills and Computer literacy skills
Must have full working rights with no restrictions
