About the role:
MSS Security is looking for Security Officers primarily responsible for providing a security presence, while also providing excellent customer service to staff, visitors, contractors, etc. in the AGL Macquarie power station, Muswellbrook
Duties include but are not limited to:
Conducting foot patrols ensuring people are safe and buildings are secure
Escorting people around the site
Ensuring property is locked and unlocked as required
Directing and helping people to navigate around the site
Writing reports in response to incidents
Communicating calmly and clearly with key stakeholders
Skills and Experience
Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate are essential
NSW Security Licence
Customer centric approach
Proven ability to remain alert while being focused on task
Flexibility and adaptability
