We are looking for reliable and professional Casual Security Officers to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment while delivering a high standard of customer service and support.

Location: Miranda, NSW

Pay rate: Security Services Award Level 2

Shifts available: Weekday and weekend shifts | Day and night shifts

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for safety and security on site. You will provide a professional security presence while supporting clients, staff and visitors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular patrols to ensure the safety of people, property and assets
• Providing a professional and approachable security presence
• Responding to incidents, alarms, emergencies and requests for assistance
• Identifying potential risks and taking appropriate action
• Following site procedures, security protocols and safety requirements
• Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate records

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A valid Security Licence
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Previous security experience (retail security experience highly regarded)
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekdays and weekends
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures
• A reliable and punctual work history
• Full Australian working rights
