About the Role

The position is primarily responsible for providing a professional security presence while remaining alert, focused, and customer-oriented. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed, and customer-focused team, delivering exceptional service to all customers and building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform access control, front-of-house, and concierge duties
• Monitor CCTV footage and alarm systems to ensure site security
• Respond to critical incidents and prepare accurate and timely written reports
• Interact with key stakeholders, including clients and building management
• Manage access for personnel entering and exiting site premises
• Coordinate mail room operations, including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and parcels
• Manage outgoing mail and courier bookings in accordance with site procedures
• Maintain accurate mail and delivery records and ensure secure handling of sensitive items
• Provide a professional point of contact for mail and delivery enquiries from tenants and staff

Skills and experience

• Certificate II in Security Operations and WA security license
• First Aid and CPR certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous concierge security experience desirable
• Full WA driver’s license
