We’re currently recruiting for 3 casual roles across day and night shifts, providing 24/7 site coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Access Control: Manage vehicle and pedestrian entry, ensuring compliance with site security protocols.
• Traffic & Movement Management: Control vehicle flow, intercoms, and parking areas to maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Contractor & Visitor Induction: Ensure all contractors and visitors are inducted and logged into the visitor management system.
• Surveillance & Monitoring: Monitor CCTV systems and alarms, identify vulnerabilities, and maintain perimeter security.
• Patrolling: Conduct internal and external patrols to detect risks and maintain site integrity.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches, escalating as needed.
• Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce WHS standards and site security procedures; report hazards immediately.
• Customer Service: Deliver professional, courteous service while upholding security standards.

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements

• Current Security Licence
• Current First Aid Certificate
• MSIC or ability to obtain/maintain one
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and understanding of corporate security protocols
• Current valid driver’s license

Desirable

• CCTV monitoring and access control system experience
