**To qualify for this New Hire Bonus, employees must not have any call off that do not follow our company guidelines and must have no no call/no shows. If employee meets these qualifications, the bonus may be issued on the sixth paycheck (or after three months of employment) with these paychecks following a bi-weekly pay period schedule.

Our guards are put through 80 hours of classes taught by our certified, professional instructor with relevant classes. This meticulous training gives our guards the ability and knowledge to be proactive and have the foresight to see situations and hazards before they become a problem. ALL of our guards are certified in infant, child and adult CPR, AED and First Aid, taught by our in-house Red Cross Instructor.
Additionally, we have partnered with officerreports.com to manage our security officer reporting process. Utilizing this cutting-edge and easy-to-use technology helps keep our company and guards transparent to our clients. This software gives our clients the ability to monitor their sites and guards in real time. It enables our clients to track incidents and maintenance issues on site, therefore minimizing liability so they can rest easy knowing that incidents and emergencies will be properly taken care of by Cobalt Security Professionals.
