As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized entry, verify access permissions, and support site protocols for employees and visitors.
• Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, following post orders, and assisting with security-related requests in accordance with Allied Universal standards and location expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
