As a Security Officer Dispatch in Santa Ana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic financial institution location. In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and help guide timely responses to security-related matters. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a financial institution location.
• Monitor communication systems, alarms, cameras, and/or incoming calls to identify unusual activity and help support a prompt, calm response to incidents.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel to reported incidents, access control issues, alarms, and/or critical situations while maintaining clear radio, phone, and written communication.
• Document incidents, service requests, dispatch activity, and/or shift updates in logs and reports with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help coordinate resources for interior and perimeter coverage as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
