As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Full Time in Renton, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Our Security Officers monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic aerospace and defense location, helping to support a secure environment through visible presence, routine patrols, and strong communication. This unarmed, driving post with Allied Universal offers the opportunity to work as part of a caring, agile, and reliable team, providing customer-focused service while responding to security-related concerns with integrity and professionalism.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities within a high-profile aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and help support site rules related to restricted areas, visitor processing, and/or property control.
• Document daily activities, incident details, and/or irregular conditions in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
