As a Security Officer Armed in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Armed Security Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond professionally to security-related concerns. You will support patients, visitors, and staff through exceptional customer service and clear communication. Must be 21+ years of age

Minimum 3 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff at a healthcare location by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and applicable laws.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site policies.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate security-related observations, incidents, and concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least three years of security-related experience, or at least one year of law enforcement experience, or at least two years of security-related supervisor/manager experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
