Command Center Operator

Reports to: Territory Manager

The Command Center Operator is responsible for overseeing security systems, managing security cameras, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to protect people, property and assets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Security Cameras: Ensure that all security procedures are followed, including access controls surveillance, and emergency response.
• Incident Management: Document and report security incidents promptly and

This includes maintaining records of incidents and security logs (DAR) for analysis and reporting.

• Collaboration with Law Enforcement Act as a point of contact with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies to support security operations and business interests
• Emergency Response Coordination Coordinate response efforts during emergencies, ensuring that all security personnel are trained on evacuation procedures and emergency
• Establishes proactive and collaborative relationships with site manager to strengthen security response times.
• Provides post coverage as needed
• Maintains all post documentation

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly to communicate with customers and/or law enforcement.
• Normal vision or corrected by use of glasses and/or contacts for normal reading and viewing abilities.
• General computer knowledge and able to adapt to software
