The Security officer at Aman Nai Lert Bangkok is Under the direct supervision of the Security Supervisor or Shift Leader, a Security Officer is responsible to perform the prevention & the protection of the hotel guests, staff, assets, and hotel’s reputation (tangible and intangible) and other resources by developing and maintaining an organization that is responsive to the current, continuing, and immediately foreseeable security, safety, and health/hygienic requirements off the hotel.
Responsibilities
General
Patrolling/ Observing/ Assisting of consistent with identified risks. Ensure an orderly and uninterrupted hotel work environment. Function as an asset protection, advisor to the Security Department & Hotel Management. Ensure that the organization operates strictly within legal and ethical parameters.
The Security Officer is the first-person on the scene, response and handling and report to Security Supervisor as hotel’s Emergency Response Team Leader and all concerns for further follow up.
The Security Officer as Emergency Response Team on duty 24/7 and cooperation Security Supervisor & Manager on Duty then support to Crisis Management Team.
Operational
To ensure that the Brand / AMAN Nai Lert Bangkok are protected, and to model the purpose and values of Aman in the day-to-day operations.
Project and impeccable professional, confident, efficient, and reassuring image to all hotel guests, patrons, visitors, and colleagues alike.
Safeguard all information relating to the hotel, guests, and the company.
Set a high departmental standard of professionalism; conduct and behavior by acting a perfect role model.
Security Assessment and Programming
Patrolling, Monitoring & Observing, Report, Action and Assist Security Supervisor conducts continuing vulnerability assessments, identifying all risks affecting the hotel.
Recommend to the Assistant Security Supervisor measures to minimize/eliminate risks / threats/ Hazards in the hotel.
Continuous monitoring and action in Security Control Room, Hotel’s Access Locations, Fire and Life Safety Systems, Key Control Systems and All critical areas in the premises.
Studies the security and safety situation and recommends appropriate policies and procedures as well as updating the existing ones.
Continually studies and recommends upgrading of the hotel security and safety systems.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years as Security Officer or work in the hotel more than 5 years.
Degree/Diploma in any discipline, Basic Fire Training, Basic CPR & AED.
Languages: English & Thai
