Aegis Protective Services is GROWING & HIRING!

Aegis Protective Services is looking to hire a Security Administrative Assistant/Security Officer for one of our top clients in Kenwood, OH.

We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, works well in a team, is self-sufficient, and would like to be a part of a fast-growing industry!

This position is Monday-Friday from 7a-3p

Administrative Duties:

• Answers multi-line phone and handles initial qualifying of inquiries
• Ability to multi-task in the workplace
• ·Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Answering and handling guest/visitor inquiries
• Ability to remain calm under stressful conditions.
• Handling correspondence via phone, email, fax

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)
• Proven customer service experience
• Any offer of employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a background investigation & must meet state licensing requirements

Skills:

• Outgoing personality and ability to communicate with anyone
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to be a results-oriented team-player, handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Able to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Additional Information
