Be You
The Security Agentis responsible formaintainingand ensuring the safety and security of employees, hotel guests, visitors, and residents, as well as safeguarding their property. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and employees.
Knowledge and Skills
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experiencein the Security fieldrequired
Luxury hospitality experience (Preferred).
Technical knowledge and certifications in first aid, rescue operations, evacuations,
hurricane preparedness, and bomb threat response
Intermediate – Advanced English.
*This position requires applicants to have valid work authorization in Mexico, and Spanishproficiencyis essential.
Master Your Craft
Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the Security Department, guests, employees, and all hotel property.
Become familiar with the hotel's fire safety equipmentin order torespond quickly to any emergency.
Handle all interactions with employees and guests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests whenever possible; resolve guest complaints;assistguests and employees with all inquiries related to hotel services.
