<p><strong>Job Title:</strong><span>&nbsp;</span>Security Officer (SO)<br><strong>Location:</strong><span>&nbsp;</span>Raffles Place<br><strong>Work Schedule:</strong><span>&nbsp;</span>Monday to Friday, 08:30 &ndash; 17:00 | No work on Public Holidays or weekends</p>

<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong><br>We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of providing exceptional service while maintaining a secure environment for staff, customers, and visitors.</p>

<p><strong>Incident Reporting:</strong></p>

<p>Investigate and report suspicious activity.</p>

<p>Detain violators when necessary and ensure proper documentation.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Prepare clear and accurate incident reports for management and law enforcement.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p><strong>Customer Service:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>

<p>Assist and guide customers, including directing them to the bank&rsquo;s queue management system.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Provide a professional and courteous point of contact for all visitors.</p>

</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>

<p>Minimum of 3 GCE &lsquo;N&rsquo; / &lsquo;O&rsquo; Levels or NITEC.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Previous experience in a bank branch environment is highly preferred.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p>

</li>

<li>

<p>Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.</p>
