This position is responsible for the protection of patrons and employees, patrolling for illegal and unusual situations, and safeguarding the company’s assets.

• Protects patrons and employees, patrols for illegal and unusual situations, and safeguards the company’s assets
• Escorts money and chip credits from booths to Master Bank and Chip fills
• Performs table and Bill Validator drops
• Investigates and records all unusual occurrences and incidents within the gaming facility
• Detains persons involved in illegal activities and notifies law enforcement authorities
• Responds to complaints, ejections, medical and assistance calls and accurately acquire all pertinent information needed for reporting purposes
• Checks IDs for underage patrons

• Performs cards and dice pick-up and distribution for the casino
• Accurately stores and distributes all lost and found articles, accurately prepares necessary forms and updates the log book
• Works in the Lost Guest Booth and Security Dispatch, as needed

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to write detailed reports in a clear and concise manner

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to respond to emergencies in an expedited manner

• CPR, First Aid and Blood Borne Pathogen certification
• SMART alcohol awareness

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to respond to emergency situations in an expedited manner
• Possible exposure to unknown health and safety hazards and physical altercation
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
