POSITION PURPOSE

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

1.    Risk Assessment Assessing risks associated with various workplace activities and processes and implementing measures to mitigate those risks.

2.    Safety Policies and Procedures Implementing safety policies and proceduresin accordance withregulatory requirements and organization policies.

3.    Safety Compliance Ensuring that the workplacecomplies withrelevant safety regulations and standards andsafeguardconsumers, visitors, employees, and property from harm, abuse, trespass, fire, theft, and other hazards.

4.    Emergency Preparedness Implementing emergency response plans and conducting drills to ensure that employees are prepared to respond effectively to emergencies.

5.    Safety CommunicationFacilitatingcommunication between management and employeesregardingsafety issues, initiatives, and best practices.

6.    Continuous ImprovementIdentifyingopportunities for improving safety performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or Equivalencyand1 year security experience
Act 33/34/73 (Child, Criminal and Department of Human Services FBI)  
Pre-employment Drug Screen

Monday thru Friday 3p-11p.  Hours may vary according to program needs.
