About the location:

Located on the southeastern coast of the pristine island of Lāna’i, lies the secluded retreat of Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i, an oceanfront destination offering travelers a curated, personalized island escape. WHAT YOU’LLDO

The Security Officer supports a safe and secure environment through continuous patrol ofguest,employee, and public areas. This role focuses on loss prevention, enforcement of security policies, and adherence to health and safety regulations while serving as a visible deterrent to potential incidents and risks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Patrol guest, employee, and public areas on foot and by vehicle tomaintainorder, deter incidents, and protect property

• Control and authorize access to designated areas for guests and employees, including conducting temperature checks whenrequired

• Answer telephone calls to provide information, respond to inquiries, and relay messages courteously and professionally

• Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and other personnel to prevent theft and ensure facility security

• Prepare clear andaccuratereports documenting daily activities, security incidents, property damage, theft, unauthorized access, or unusual occurrences

• Enforce rules and policies by warning individuals of violations and apprehending or escorting violators from the premises when necessary

• Respond to alarms, investigate disturbances, provide basic first aid and CPR when needed, and contact police, fire, or emergency services to ensure prompt and effective incident response

WHAT TOBRING

• Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in United States

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours adayand scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability isrequired

• Hawaii Driver’sLicense andAbstractisrequiredfor this roleGuard Card, First-Aid, CPR, and AED Certificate alsorequired

• Ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto 50lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
