HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Ensure the safety and well‑being of guests and fellow employees.
Provide directions, escorts, and assistance to guests as needed.
Assist civil and law enforcement authorities, including providing testimony in court or administrative hearings.
Perform chip fills, jackpot verifications, and money escorts.
Provide first aid and CPR when necessary.
Patrol all areas of the property to identify safety hazards and security concerns.
Interview, investigate, and document incidents in accordance with company policy.
Complete detailed lost and found reports and incident descriptions.
Enforce all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain attendance standards and adhere to departmental and company guidelines.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in temperatures ranging from 10°F to 115°F.
Ability to physically restrain individuals when necessary.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in crisis or stressful situations.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to stoop, bend, jump, twist, crouch, grip, and maneuver quickly on various surfaces.
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
Ability to tolerate secondhand smoke
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Two years of experience in a role with direct guest contact required.
Preferred: two years of police, military, or casino security experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of basic computer programs
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Virginia Gaming License.
Must be able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
Must present a well‑groomed, professional appearance.
Ability to prepare effective written reports.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for operating company vehicles.
